You’re looking at the first project: a small portfolio that grows with the things we try together. Built with Next.js, with local project data and no external AI service.

AI-DLC

An AI-assisted development cycle, inspired by Kiro’s specification practices. Codex works from the repository’s requirements, design and tasks; verification stays explicit.

    It starts with a what-if.

    A curious question, a small problem, or simply the urge to make something.

    Make the idea concrete.

    Who is it for? What should it do? A short spec gives us something to build towards.

    Build small. See it work.

    Together with AI, we work out the design and build one useful step.

    Does it actually work?

    Test, inspect and review the result. Only then is it ready to share.

    Learn something. Go again.

    What worked? What could be simpler? Each project improves the process too.
